PUBLIC NOTICE – Special Use Permit

The White Pigeon Township Planning Commission shall hold a public meeting on the following Special Use Permit Application on October 6, 2025 @ 6:00 p.m., at the White Pigeon Township Hall, located at 16975 U.S. 12, White Pigeon, MI. Written comments may be mailed to White Pigeon Planning Commission Board, P.O. Box 340, White Pigeon, MI 49099. You may also email your comments to office@whitepigeontwp.com.

The purpose of this meeting is to address the request for a special use permit by Michigana Capital Investment Group for a store front located at 69651 U.S. Highway 131, Building #2, White Pigeon, MI 49099, for the sale of pallet liquidations from merchandise stores, such as, Walmart, Home Depot, Target and for any other business that may come before the board at this time.

All meetings of the White Pigeon Planning Commission are open to the public.
