NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The White Pigeon Township Zoning Board of Appeals shall hold a public hearing on the following Variance request on February 19, 2026 @ 6:00 p.m., at the White Pigeon Township Hall, located at 16975 U.S. 12, White Pigeon, MI. Written comments may be mailed to White Pigeon Zoning Board of Appeals, P.O. Box 340, White Pigeon, MI 49099
The purpose of this meeting is to act upon the request for variance/s on property owned by Stephen J. and Katherine Coffey, 68652 Blanchard St, Sturgis, MI 49091. Variance being requested is lot size for construction of a new home.
Site inspections of properties are by the Board prior to the hearing. Date and time are available upon request.
