NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The White Pigeon Township Zoning Board of Appeals shall hold a public hearing on the following Variance request on July 8, 2025 @ 6:00 p.m., at the White Pigeon Township Hall, located at 16975 U.S. 12, White Pigeon, MI.

The purpose of this meeting is to act upon the request for variance/s on property owned by James Bishop and Sandra Hall at 68263 Edgewater Beach Rd., White Pigeon, MI 49099. Variance being requested is lot size for construction of a new home.
Site inspections of properties are by the Board prior to the hearing. Date and time are available upon request.
